County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:59 a.m Friday – James Franklin Osborne, 64, of 805 Southside Drive,  Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 10:39 a.m: Friday – Christina Diane Golden, 53, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure for appear. No bond set.
•12:56 p.m Friday – Nichole Elizabeth Thomas, 29, Jacksonville, NC, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 2:26 p.m Friday – Tyler Dane Sheetz, 31, Roann, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
• 2:42 p.m Friday – Joseph Henry Henderson, 45, of 312 Heidie Lane, Milford, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate injury. Bond: $5,250.
•4:56 p.m Friday – Thomas Foster Smith, 35, of 3403 S. CR 550W, Mentone, arrested for possession of a narcotic. No bond set.

Accident
• 2:50 p.m. Thursday –  Intersection of West CR 600N and Old 15, Leesburg. Trailer came unhitched and hit a fence. Driver: Kenneth Kirkpatrick, 55, EMS B5A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

•6:43 a.m Thursday – Police responded to a bulgary call in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 10:24 a.m Thursday – A mother reported a juvenile not listening to her rules in the 300 block of Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw. WPD. 
• 2:18 a.m Friday – Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police investigated. 
• 12:15 p.m. Friday – A resident reported theft of cash in the 2500 Block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw.?WPD.

Warsaw Falls To Penn In First Ever Sectional Game
The first ever boys volleyball sectional tournament game for Warsaw came against a familiar playoff foe. Facing off against Penn, the Tigers battled valiantly for four sets, but were unable to finish things off in a 3-1 loss.

American Legion Post 49 To Serve Ribeye Steak Saturday
Ribeye steak or strip with baked potatoes and a salad bar will be served at the American Legion Post 49, Warsaw, from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday. There will be karaoke starting at 7 p.m.

On Saturday, the Warsaw Community High School (WCHS) Math Academic Super Bowl team competed in the state finals at Purdue University, earning a second-place finish in Class 1 (large school division).
