NEW PARIS – Leslie K. “Kay” Neff, 75, New Paris, died Sept. 11, 2016, at her home.
She was born Sept. 15, 1940, in Goshen, to Glenn Castle and Mary Alice “Mickey” Coy Eisenhour. On April 23, 1982, in New Paris, she married Robert L. “Bob” Neff, who survives in New Paris.
She was a lifetime area resident, attended grade school in North and New Paris, and graduated in 1958 from New Paris High School.  
She retired in 1992 from Burger Dairy, New Paris, as a receptionist after 13 years and was former co-owner/operator of Parisian Industries, New Paris, for several years. After retirement she worked part time for her brother as a greeter at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, and was a Nature’s Sunshine Distributor for many years.
She was a member of New Paris Church of the Brethren and Delta Theta Tau national sorority, where she served as treasurer of the Eta Mu Alpha chapter in Goshen. She formerly attended Living Gospel Church, Nappanee, and Church of God, Goshen. She was an election precinct worker in New Paris for the Republican Party for many years.
She also is survived by two daughters, Lori Graff Blosser, St. Joe, and Lynn Graff (and spouse Dave) Brown, Lexington, S.C.; a stepdaughter, Monica (and spouse Mike) Santa, Mishawaka; a stepson, Tony (and spouse Linda) Neff, New Paris; three grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; a half sister, Carla Kelley, Jacksonville, Fla.; two half brothers, Richard (and spouse Kym) Owen, North Webster, and Carl (and spouse Katrina) Leamons, Lewisburg, Pa.; and two stepsisters, Trula (and spouse Steve) Mishler, New Paris, and Deria (and spouse Gordon) Clark, Elkhart.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Eisenhour and Mary Droke; and stepmother, Eleanor Eisenhour.  
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. Burial will follow in New Paris Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
