 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:06 p.m Wednesday – Michael Anthony Anderson, 45, Fort Wayne, arrested for having a open alcoholic container. Bond: $300.
• 4:25 p.m Thursday – Christopher James Creekmore, 45, of 8280 E. US 30, #24, Pierceton, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.
• 11:50 Thursday – Chelse Ann Roucloux, 21, of 105 Lakelawn Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond $600.
•2:05 a.m. today – Eric Bradley Salyer, 24, of 826 N. CR 650W,  Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond:  $600.
• 5:56 a.m today – Michael Ryan Kneller, 36, of 312 N. Detroit St., #4, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and fraud. Bond $1,000.
• 6:01 a.m today – Tiffany Page Anderson, 34, of 812 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested on  two counts of fraud, one count of theft and unlawfully obtaining of a controlled substance. Bond $20,750.

Drivers: Luis Adame, 16, West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Ethan Hoff, 17,?East Deerwood Court,?Warsaw; Megan Fisher, Kinney Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
•11:42 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Ind. 13 and Syracuse-Webster Road,?North?Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tyler Ness, 30, Columbia City; John Glon, 60,  East Genesee Lane, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.

•3:18 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of West Center and North Lake streets, Warsaw. Car  hit parked car registered to Kosciusko County. Driver: Christopher Creekmore, 45,?East US 30, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500.WPD.
• 7:22 p.m. Thursday– Intersection of CR 900W and  Ind. 25, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Tammy Barnes, 50, South Ind14,?Akron. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500.?KCSD
•9:31 p.m Thursday – Intersection of CRs 675E and 650N, North Webster. Car ran off road and hit mailbox. Driver: Alan Abrams, 58, EMS T47 Lane,?Leesburg. Damage $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 10:44 p.m Thursday – 9049 E. CR 250S,  Pierceton, Driver hit second vehicle owned by driver backing out his  driveway. Driver: Matthew Owens, North First?Street,?Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
