Introductory Yoga Workshop Offered

The city of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will offer an introductory Yoga workshop.
Yoga Basics will take place on Wednesdays, Oct. 5 through 26, from 5:15 to 6 p.m. Cost is $5 per participant per class, or register by Oct. 3 and pay $17 for all four Yoga Basics classes.
Participants should bring either a Yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Each Yoga class will focus on easy to perform beginner level balance, coordination, strength and range of motion stretching and relaxation exercises. Each class is led by a certified Yoga instructor.
