The explosion on Aug. 25 destroyed residence at 4678 S. CR 450?West, Claypool.
Kay Justis, 68, died in the explosion and her husband Larry Justis, 67 was taken to Parkview Hospital. She died from blunt force trauma as result of the explosion.
