Coach “Boag” Johnson Honored

Johnson coached the Tigers from 1961 to 1971. He taught physical education, health and safety, driver's training, and served as a guidance counselor. He initiated the buildings trade program at Warsaw Community High School. Johnson retired in 1985.
He also played professional basketball in Anderson and Fort Wayne from 1948 to 1952. He was born in Huntington and raised in Union Center in Huntington County.
