 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:01 a.m. Monday – Armando Angel Cantero, 32, Apopka, Fla., arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 10:46 a.m. Monday – Michael Angelo Purichia, 43, Brownsburg, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $600.
• 11:01 a.m. Monday – Jeremy Wayne Hughes, 35, of 1396 W. CR 800S,?Claypool, arrested for dealing meth and criminal mischief. Bond: $15,750.
• 3:11 p.m. Monday – Jeremy Paul Sherwood, 37, of 203 N. Fourth St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 4:16 p.m. Monday – Laine Victor Yeazel, 29, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
• 9:09 p.m. Monday – Bethany?Ann Woodrum, 41, of 103 S. Mill St., #1/2, North Manchester, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $250.

• 3:42 p.m. Monday – Intersection of West Crystal Lake Road and North CR 650W, Etna Green. Jeep drove into a ditch. Driver: Shelby Baker, 20, CR 900W, Mentone. Injury: Baker was taken to?Kosciusko?Community Hospital with an head injury. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

 • 7:03 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of East CR 125 and Ind. 13. Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Terry Robertson, 37, CR 100S, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 4:20 p.m. Monday – 2400 Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sandra Cox, 74, Payne, Ohio; Brock Savage, 20, Anderson. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:40 p.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 900E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Robert Mckenzie, 42, East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
 
Incidents 
• 8:46 p.m. Sunday – A resident reported an attempted theft of clothes from a laundromat in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:47 a.m. Monday – A lost wallet and iPad were turned in to police. WPD. 
• 1:58 p.m. Monday – A resident reported vandalism to a motorcycle in the 1700 block of North Lake Street,?Warsaw. WPD.
