• 3:06 p.m.Thursday – Sean Charles McDonnell, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:01 p.m. Thursday – Dustin Chad Phares, 33, of 208 S. James St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
