 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:37 a.m. Tuesday – Tracey Lee Meadows, 43, of 2798 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,141.
• 2: 31 p.m. Tuesday – Daniel Gonzalez, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
• 2:35 p.m. Tuesday – Brett Allen?Wakefield, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:13 p.m Tuesday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Kristina Rhodes, 31, Peru, Ind.; Pedro Arroyo, 49, East Main Street, Akron. Injuries: Rhodes complained of pain to her entire body; Alexis Rhodes, 10, a passenger in Rhodes’ car, complained of pain to the face; Arroyo complained of pain to his lower leg. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

 • 1:45 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Railroad Avenue and North Main Street, Syracuse. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Jose Carrilo Meyo, 23, U.S. 30, Pierceton; Brian Maurer, 44, Elkhart. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated. 
• 1:55 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Nicholas Scott, 29, South Main Street, South Whitley; Scott Thompson, 37, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 3:45 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CR 300E and CR 1300N, Milford. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Charles Boring, 52, South Indiana Street, Warsaw; Patrick Brunkhart, 39, Churubusco. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Incidents 
• 8:06 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a battery in the 600 block of West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. SPD.
• 9:16 a.m. Tuesday – A bicycle was found in the 500 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:15 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported shoplifting in the 500 block of CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD. 
• 11:26 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 800 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
