    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1203-MF-00065 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AQ1, was Plaintiff, and Scott Prater aka Scott Lee Prater, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of November, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    LOTS NUMBERED (3) AND (4) IN BLOCK NUMBER (2) IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE TOWN OF PIERCETON, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, Page 98, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA. SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES, AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
