 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:46 a.m. Monday – Benjamin Robert Shroyer, 39, of 3700 E. Forest Glen Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:32 a.m. Monday – Ryan Alan Tucker, 19, of 209 E.?Center St., #1A, Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
• 1:26 p.m. Monday – Julio Cesar Acevedo, 39, Brownsville, Texas, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $348.50.
• 2:26 p.m. Monday – Albert Preston Miller, 28, North Liberty, arrested for child solicitation. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:58 p.m. Monday – Coulter Matthew Slone, 18, of 1520 E. Winona?Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
•4:05 p.m. Monday – Kody Nicholas Beau Moore, 23, Monroeville, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 5:04 p.m. Monday – Jesse Duane Webb, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 11:45 p.m. Monday – Aaron?Michael Phillips, 35, of 1544 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, dealing meth, two counts of dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:14 a.m. today – Sarah Renee Hine, 25, Kingsford Heights, arrested for possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:50 a.m. Monday –  2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Amy Crippen, CR 1000W, Nappanee. Driver: Barbara Shanes, 71, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:30 p.m Monday – East Center Street, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to James Gast, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: James Meyer, 55, North Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell. Damage : $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 7:13 p.m. Monday – Intersection of West Lake Street and North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Car hit a street sign. Driver: Alger Jackson, 92, Old 30,?Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 6:01 a.m. Monday – A resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle. in the 400 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:28 a.m Monday – A resident reported damage to vehicle in the 2400 block of CR 200S, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:30 a.m. Monday – A woman reported her daughter as a runaway in the 2220 block of Hendricks Street, Warsaw.?WPD.
• 10:03 a.m. Monday – A resident reported criminal mischief to two vehicles.?WPD.
• 10:37 a.m. Monday – A resident reported slashed tires to a car in the 600 block of Old Father Street, ?Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:58 a.m. Monday – A resident reported stolen hubcaps in the 900 block of CR 200N, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
4 p.m. Monday – A suspicious person was in 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw.?WPD.
