15 Arrested On Warrants, Mostly On Drug Charges

Warsaw police acted on over a dozen warrants Thursday afternoon, resulting in the arrest of 15 people, including 14 on drug charges, according to a press release from the Warsaw Police Department.
Among those charged:
• Todd Michael Clay, 25, of 3134 S. CR 175W, Warsaw, and Devin Gerding, 20, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, were both arrested in connection to an undercover buy that happened at Tyler Prater’s house in South Whitley.
Prater, of 206 Calhoun St., South Whitley, was charged with dealing a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony, and possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony. He was booked into the Kosciusko?County Jail.?His bond was set at $15,250.
Both men were charged with one count of aiding, inducing or causing dealing of a narcotic more than a gram, a level 5 felony; and aiding, inducing or causing possession of a narcotic, a level 6 felony.
On Sept. 27, a criminal informant arranged to buy one gram of heroin, according to a news release.
The informant told police he bought a gram of heroin for $225 from?Prater. During the exchange, a car pulled up, driven by Gerding with Clay in the passenger seat, according to a probable cause affidavit filed with the Kosciusko?County Prosecutor’s Office.
Clay and Gerding were booked into the Kosciusko?County Jail Thursday afternoon. Both men’s bond was set at $15,250.
• Danielle Marie Hughes, 25, of 943 E.?Garfield St.,?Warsaw, was charged with one count of dealing a narcotic, a level 5 felony, and one count of possession of a narcotic, a level 6 felony.
Police allege Hughes met with a criminal informant at Pike Lake Park and sold  about three-tenths of a gram of heroin for $300, according to charging documents.
Police took the substance back to the station where it tested positive for heroin.
Hughes was booked into Kosciusko?County Jail on Thursday. His bond was set at $10,250.
• Timothy Joseph O’Brien, 26, of 1311 N.?Park Ave., Warsaw, was charged with one count of dealing a narcotic, a level 5 felony, after police say he sold seven white oblong pills to an informant for $40.
According to court documents, the informant met with O’Brien on Sept. 8 at his residence to make the purchase. The police tested the pills and they came up positive as a narcotic.
O’Brien was booked into the Kosciusko County jail at 5:49 p.m. His bond was set $10,250
• Lindsey Rebecca Park, 27, of 209 N.?Shaffer St., Milford, was charged with one count of dealing methamphetamine and one count of possession of methamphetamine, both level 5 felonies.
A criminal informant met with Park at her residence where police say the two discussed purity of the drug and the price.
According to court records, the informant paid $300 for 5 grams of meth. The substance was put into a bag, Police took the bag back to the station and tested it. It came up positive for meth.
Park was booked into the Kosciusko?County Jail Thursday evening. Her bond was set at $20,250.
Also arrested in the roundup were:
• Caleb Jenkins, 19,?Winona Lake, for dealing marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was booked into the Kosciusko?County Jail, and his bond was set at $10,250.
• Patrick Manges,?31, Milford, booked into the Elkhart County Jail, on charges of dealing methamphetamine, a level 5 felony, and possession of methenamines, a level 6 felony.
• Rashel Park, 36, Milford, booked in the Kosciusko?County Jail, on charges of dealing meth, a level 5 felony, and possession of meth, a level 6 felony. Her bond was set at $15,250.
• Donta W. Redden, 19, Winona Lake, dealing in a narcotic drug more than 10 grams, a level 2 felony, with a bond set at $25,250.
• Xavier W. Russell, 31, Milford, two counts of dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; and two counts of possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, with a bond set at $15,250.
• Neeley J. Schwinnen, 45, Warsaw, resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor, with a cash bond set at $750.
• Ryan A. Tucker, 19, Warsaw, dealing in marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, with a cash bond set at $600.
• Tabitha P. Tucker, 20, Warsaw, dealing in marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, with a cash bond set at $600.
• Abel A. Villegas, 27, Goshen, dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, with a $15,250 bond. He was booked into the Noble County Jail.
