 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:11 p.m. Wednesday – Joseph?Clemans, 24, of 963 W. CR 275N, Rochester, arrested for theft and false informing. Bond: $600.
• 12:40 p.m. Wednesday – Matthew Miser, 38, of 1723 South Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.
• 1:33 a.m. today – Haley Ann Chilcutt, 28, of 4341 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.

Accidents
• 1:51 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Fisher Avenue and Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle crash. Drivers: Brian Miller, 34, Lakeland Drive, Warsaw; Sabrina Thomas, 23, Wabash; Tiffany Moore, 35, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Injury: Thomas complained of injury to the neck. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000.?Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 7:05 p.m. Monday – Intersection of West CR 700S and CR 200W, Claypool. Single truck rollover. Driver: Steven Park, 70, CR 700S, Claypool. Injury: Park was taken to a hospital complaining of pain to his entire body. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:13 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Center Street and North Hickory Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Mykenzie Burns, 17, East High Circle, Warsaw; Richard Murphy, 57, Woodland Court, Rochester. Injury: Burns complained of chest pain.?Damages : $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 7:32 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West Winona Avenue and South Union Street,?Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kyan Ramsey, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; Juan Martinez, 47, East Market Street, Warsaw. Injury: Ramsey complained of chest pain. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 12:25 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Car-truck collision. Drivers: Milton Smiley, 66, West Snyder Road, Warsaw; Kathy Adams, 67, Ind Rd.5, Larwill. Injuries: Smiley was taken to a hospital with injuries to his back; Adams was taken to Kosciusko?Community Hospital with chest pain; Wilma Johnson, a passenger in Smiley’s vehicle, was taken to Lutheran Hospital with a head injury. Damages: $5,000 to  $10,000. WPD.
 4:23 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Packerton?Road and CR 900S, Silver Lake. Two-car collison. Drivers: Lisa Jackson, 50, Grant Street, Pierceton; Rachel Cook, 45, Laketon. Injuries: Cook complained of elbow pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Jackson complained of upper arm pain, and was transported to KCH. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000.?KCSD.
• 6:09 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Argonne Road and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-car collison. Drivers: Drew Shingler, 43, South Woodfield Trail, Warsaw; Michelle Blum, 46, Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Blum complained of pain to elbow and lower arm; Asher Blum, 16, a passenger in Blum’s vehicle, was treated for a bloody nose. Damages : $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

• 4:44 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Detroit and Lyon Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collison. Drivers: Sean Irgang, 23, Wabash; Lee Snider, 34, CR 450N, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 10:46 p.m Wednesday – Intersection of Chinworth Court and Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collison. Drivers: Tia Van Curren, 38, Nature View Drive,?Warsaw; Kaleb Lelander, 19, Mishawaka. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
