 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:21 p.m. Tuesday – Frankie Lane Conley, 19, of 2035 Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw, arrested for a probation felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:32 p.m. Tuesday – Roy David Slater, 35, of 761 S. Warbler Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a synthetic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:33 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Scott Goble, 24, of 630 S. Zimmer Road, Warsaw. arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.
• 6:39 p.m. Tuesday – Jonathan Lee Adkins, 30, of 710 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation, check fraud and check deception. Bond: $5,185.

• 6:23 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of West Old 30 and CR 525W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Brittany Baker, 26, South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:33 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Columbia and West Market Streets, Warsaw. Truck hit overpass. Driver: Lifo Mikel, 29, Livonia Mich. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 6:45 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Ferguson Road and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Truck-car collison. Driver: Dustin Kreft, 25, South Woodland Trail, Warsaw; Scott Barry, 25, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 7:44 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 450E, Warsaw. Truck hit deer. Driver: Nicholas Coon, 38, Alpha Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 4:16 p.m. Tuesday – 3354 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle. Driver: Theresa Finley, 41, EMS?B58 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 5:19 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two–car collison. Drivers: Karl Shepherd, 70, CR 350S, Warsaw; Kimberly Cark, 29, North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported threats made in a phone call in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard,?Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:17 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a family fight in the 2400 block of CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSD.
