• 9:24 a.m Monday – Zacharia Christopher Sage, 28, of 1041 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $600.
• 10:25 a.m. Monday – Kevin Andrew Haines, 45, of 3073 E. Liverpool Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $10, 250.
• 12:03 p.m. Monday – Commodore Gibson, 45, Millersburg, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.
•12:13 p.m. Brian Redden, 33, of 3104 Sandra Lane, #B,?Winona Lake, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $6,000.
• 1:04 p.m. Monday – Joshua Michael Knidt, 32, of 200 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $3,000.
• 1:05 p.m. Monday – Richard Ray Lafrance, 19, Argos, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:03 p.m. Monday – Michael Alan Galloway, 27, of 6155 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:35 p.m. Monday – Shane Richard Taylor, 57, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 
• 4:13 p.m. Monday – Wesley Tyssen Noppert, 18, of 3309 E. Kenway Drive, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of minor. Bond: $400. 
• 4:55 p.m. Monday – Ryan Alan Tucker, 19, of 3950 N. CR 100E, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth and possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:36 p.m. Monday – Colt James Hubler, 22, of 12600 S. Ind. 13. #12, North Manchester, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 10:11 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw.?Car hit deer. Driver: L.B. Bills, 52, Columbia City. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 9 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 450 North and 100 East, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jordan Shepler, 20, CR 450W, Leesburg. Damage $1,000 to $2,500.?WPD.

• 7:29 p.m. Sunday – A resident reported damage to Freedom Oil Drive in the 200 block of South Main Street, Leesburg. KCSD.
•10:50 p.m. Sunday – A resident reported a battery in the 3000 block of Old Colony?Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:34 p.m Monday – A resident reported a battery in the 600 block of North Union?Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:03 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 6900 block of East May Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 10:05 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a battery in the 600 block of North Union?Street, Warsaw. WPD.
