 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:03 a.m. today – Calvin Lee Carr, 41, of 9500 E. Ponderosa Drive, #2,?North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:04 a.m. today – Janice Colene Osbourn, 59, of 5119 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for driving while classified as a habitual traffic violator and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury
Accidents
• 7:19 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 200N and Boeing Road, Warsaw. Car ran off road and hit a ditch. Driver: Nicholas Obacz, 31, South Oldfather Street, Warsaw. Injury: Obacz was taken to the hospital with minor bleeding and pain in his entire body. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:31 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Kalorama Road and EMS T40 Lane, North Webster. Mo-ped ran off road and hit a utility pole. Driver: Walter Larue, 53, CR 100E, Warsaw. Injury:  Larue was taken to the hospital with a head injury. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated.

 • 3:06 p.m. Wednesday – 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Two-car collison. Drivers: Cheyenne Wenger, 17, East 8 Square Road, Warsaw; Madison Graham, 17, South Summer Breeze Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500 WPD.
• 3:42 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Market and High Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collison. Drivers: Marjorie Amiss, 74, South County Farm Road, Warsaw; Harley Redinger, 57, Clay?Street,?Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

Incidents 
• 4:36 p.m. Wednesday – A resident reported damaged property in the 3500 block of CR 1100N, Syracuse.?Syracuse Police Department investigated. 
• 7:08 a.m. Thursday – A resident reported identity fraud in the 600 block of Pam Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:53 a.m. Thursday – A resident reported a juvenile runaway in the 2300 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:57 p.m. Thursday – Police returned a lost purse to its owner at the intersection of North Detroit Street and Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
