 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:03 p.m. Monday – Michael Lynn Losher, 35, of 607 W. Brooklyn St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:46 p.m. Monday – Jordan William George Grimm, 23, of 548 Clinic Court,?Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, fraud on a financial institution and driving while suspended. Bond: $7,200 
• 3:21 p.m. Monday – Bradley Matthew Prater, 22, of 1022 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:54 p.m. Monday – Kyle Thomas Henson, 31, of 321 S. High St. Warsaw, arrested for drug court violation. No bond set.
• 4:24 p.m. Monday – Shannon Lynn?Dellinger, 31, of 104 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 4:23 p.m. Monday – Laura Leann Lent, 42, of 104 N.?Main St., Sidney, arrested for marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 10 p.m. Monday – Joshua Ryan Auer, 23,  of 1873 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 1:22 a.m. today – Todd Robert Valentine, 40, of 306 E. Lynwood Drive, Syracuse, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $25,250.
• 1:55 a.m. today – Chad Franklin Layman, 37, New Paris, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 12:53 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South Indiana and Market street, Warsaw. Car hit light post. Driver: Joshua Grimm, 23, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 6:32 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Ricky Oliver, 51, West Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:57 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind 15. and CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Allison Miller, 17, Meadow Drive, Warsaw; Sydney Miller, 18, Liberty?Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 9:07 a.m. Monday – A resident reported the theft of a Dodge Neo in the 300 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:48 a.m. Monday – A resident reported criminal trespass in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:01 p.m. Monday – A resident reported criminal mischief to a window in the 100 block of Fort Wayne Street,?Warsaw. WPD.
