• 10:07 a.m. Wednesday – Steve Brian Long, 24, Kokomo, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:29 p.m. Wednesday – Rachel Elizabeth Oldaker, 30, of 10402 S. Ind 15, #18,?Silver Lake, arrested on a civil warrant, resisting law enforcement and battery. Bond: $902.41.
• 5:19 p.m. Wednesday – Kernie Louise Miller, 50, of 6378 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:07 p.m Thursday – Dylan Connor Davis, 21, of 640 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600. 
• 1:39 p.m. Thursday – Steven Anthony Wayne Pole Ayala, 32, of 3290 Old Colony?Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:01p.m. Thursday – John Lee Garrett, 49, of 850 Walkers Ridge,?Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.53

 • 11:01 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 325E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Crystal?Rodriguez, 31, CR 100N,?Akron; Michael Berheide, 62, Berea, Ky. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 1:06 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Bryce Pittman, 22, Elkhart; Shirley?Robinson, 45, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.?Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 3:18 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Francisco Nunez, 46, South Meadow Drive, Warsaw; Kevin Hanley, 19, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 3:54 p.m.?Wednesday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South High Street, Warsaw.?Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sally?Swihart, 39, South Packerton Road, Warsaw; Anthony Henley, 21, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500.?WPD.

• 11:32 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Indiana and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Car hit light pole. Driver: Kathryn Hostetler, 64, West?Warren Avenue, Silver Lake.?Damage: $750 to $1,000. WPD.
