NORTH MANCHESTER – Manchester senior Rae Bedke signed a letter of intent Tuesday to continue her academic and athletic career at Utah State University in Logan. She placed 25th in the 2016 IHSAA State girls cross country meet and also earned All-State honors. In track Bedke finished sixth in the 2014 state track meet, and was a qualifier in both the 1600 and 3200 in the 2016 state meet.
