NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Cornerstone Acres Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Residential to Commercial District, the Following Real Estate, located at South side of 1350 N & West side of SR 19, Nappanee, Key Number: 023-004-001 in Scott Township. And Described As Follows, To Wit:
    A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 34 North, Range 4 East, Scott Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
    Beginning at a brass plug at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1 and within the right-of-way of State Road 19; thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 51 seconds East (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system), along the East line of said Southeast Quarter and within said right-of-way 1324.11 feet to the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West, along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, 1301.14 feet to a Kimpel cap pin at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 02 seconds East, along the West line of said Northeast Quarter, 663.09 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds East, parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter, 660.00 feet to a McCrea cap in; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 02 seconds East, parallel with said West line, 660.00 feet to a Mag nail on said North line and within the right-of-way of County Road 1350 North; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds East, along said North line and within said right-of-way, 636.57 to the Point of Beginning, containing 29.47 acres more or less.
    This Change is requested to Permit the above described Real Estate to be Used for the Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, December 7, 2016 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
