Advent Series Begins Sunday

NORTH MANCHESTER — When life seems unstable and off balance, where do you turn? Would a stable influence help during uncertain times?
Congregational Christian Church invites the public to its Advent worship series that explores these and many other questions.
The word “Advent” means "coming" or "arrival." The focus of the entire season is the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ in his first advent, and the anticipation of the return of Christ the King in his second advent.
Advent includes the four Sundays leading up to Christmas. Sunday worship services are at 8:30 and 10:45 a.m.
The church is at 309 N. Walnut St., North Manchester.
