Warsaw Police Investigate Stabbing

Warsaw Police Department officers investigate a stabbing Monday afternoon at 310-1/2 Indiana St., Warsaw.
Curtis Michael, 40, was taken to a hospital with a stab wound in the back, according to WPD Chief Scott Whitaker.
Leslie Ann Carter, 43, Michael’s girlfriend, was taken in for questioning and released. She later returned to the scene and was disruptive as officers searched the apartment, according to Whitaker. Carter was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Her bond this morning was listed at $500.
