What a travesty of the murder of this beautiful child, Adalin Stamper, by Christopher Grimmett.
How our society will allow this scumbag murderer to continue to live is absurd. People that commit such heinous crimes, especially involving defenseless, innocent children, must face the death penalty as they forfeited their right to live in our society. Living the rest of his life in prison is not justice: three hots and a cot, free education, free health benefits, etc. The argument that he has to live and think about his crime everyday is baseless. He obviously has no conscience and committed this crime without worry of each coming day.
We need laws of old-fashioned justice of building a scaffold on a courthouse lawn and hanging this inhuman or take him to a shooting range and face a firing squad. And quickly! This much needed legal justice will not bring Adalin back, but will provide the only justice our society needs to deliver and the only justice Grimmett deserves.
