• 11 a.m. Friday –Ricky Alan Shepherd, 52, of 4 EMS B6C Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $1,200.
• 1:49 p.m. Friday – Phillip Charles Stewart, 36, South Bend, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and criminal reckless. Bond: $50,250.
• 3:15 p.m. Friday – Nathan Levi Arett, 36, of 3039 N. CR 900W,?Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:41 p.m. Friday – Carla Maria Brazzle, 69, Larwill, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $6,500.
• 4:07 p.m. Friday – Iris Patric Hanson, 31, Elkhart, arrested for theft. Bond: $660.

Drivers: Thomas Pratt, 33, Plymouth; Judith Mclendon, 64, Fort Wayne; Nancy Baldwin, 60, Ind. 19, Etna Green. Injury: Mclendon complained of an injury to her chest. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
