• 9:47 p.m. Friday – Amber Lee Tomblin, 28, of 7 EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 8:47 a.m. Saturday – Sierra Lanae Ross, 18, of 3762 W. Old 30, #92E, arrested for domestic battery, possession of meth, possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $6,250.
• 4:47 p.m. Saturday – Paul Jon Kurczbuch, 49, of 3762 of Old 30,  #26E, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $705.
• 11:30 p.m. Saturday – Mickey Dean Tubbs, 22, of 8071 E CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $750.
• 11:42 p.m. Saturday – James Lewis Griffith, 40, of 1731 E. Kosciusko?Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:47 a.m. Sunday – Ryan Leon Breidinger, 40, of 620 E. 16th St.,?Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:42 a.m. Sunday – Kevin Lee Harris, 26, of 2029 S. CR 600W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 to .15. Bond: $700.
• 5:20 p.m. Sunday – Amber Danielle Clapp, 23, of 602 W. Section St., #123, Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:11 p.m. Sunday – Michael Thomas Maskow, 41, of 9696 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested on two counts failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:21 a.m. today – Matthew Anthony Lindsey, 24, of 713 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 7: 53 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Norwin Hoover, 69, Columbia City; Kevin?Byrd, 48, Cambridge Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Hoover complained of pain to his knee/lower leg. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:42 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of South Country Club Road and East?Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Isaac Dachenhaus, 18, Faunn Street, Winona Lake. ?Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 1:01 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Vehicle hit a street sign. Driver: Branden Collins, 31, CR 900W, Cromwell. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 10:34 a.m. Saturday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Two–vehicle collision. Drivers: Willie Fields, CR 100S, Pierceton; Kevin Byrd, 48, Cambridge Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
•12:07 p.m. Saturday – 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Two–vehicle collision. Driver: Timothy Trump, 56, East Wooster Road, Warsaw; Thomas Lawrence, 60, Lydia Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
