 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:41 p.m. Friday – Daman Lee Obanion, 33, of 608 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Bond: $600.
• 4:04 p.m. Friday – Lauren Mykal Patterson, 23, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, #20, North Manchester, arrested for inhaling toxic vapors. Bond: $500.
• 5:52 p.m. Friday – Nathan Nicholas York, 20, of 3762 W. Old 30, #697, Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:03 p.m. Friday – Gustin Tackett, 21, 3762 W. Old 30, #697, Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $5,250

• 10 a.m. Friday – North Johnson Street near North Lindenberg Street, Warsaw. Vehicle struck parked vehicle. Driver: Janice Engleberth, 77, 809 N. Johnson St., Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:42 p.m. Friday – A battery was reported in the 300 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3 p.m. Friday – Police investigated a report of an adult female overdosing on prescription medicine. WPD.

Valley Takes Lead Twice In 4th, Hangs On To Beat Glenn
Playing its first home game in four weeks as well as the final home game of the regular season, Tippecanoe Valley had to fight tooth and nail to pick up a Senior night victory over John Glenn. In a game that came down to the final seconds, the Vikings got a much-needed defensive stop to finish off a 22-21 victory.

Warsaw Battles Back Down 21-0 To Stun NorthWood 35-21
While Warsaw did not get the start that it wanted facing off against Northern Lakes Conference foe NorthWood Friday night, the Tigers certainly got the finish they were looking for. Down 21-0 early in the contest, Warsaw battled back, scoring the last 35 points of the game to pick up a 35-21 win in Nappanee, the school’s first since 2012.
