The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:22 p.m. Tuesday – Thomas William Earle, 50, of 4398 E. CR 600S, Warsaw, arrested for bestiality. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:50 p.m. Tuesday – Ricky Lane Hite, 56, of 702 Brown Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:06 p.m. Tuesday – Michael James Landess, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:27 p.m. Tuesday – Caleb Mann, 22, of 3245 S. Beech Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $700.
• 11:24 p.m. Tuesday – Ritchie Hernandez, 44, of 10850 Ind. 10, Bourbon, arrested  on a civil warrant. Bond: $1,370.

• 5:27 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and South County?Farm Road, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Derrick Eltzroth, 21, Ind. 114, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko?Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 11:05 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Camelot Trail and East Lapoint Drive, Milford. Two–vehicle collision. Drivers: Richard Webb, 74, North Camelot Trail, Milford; Carlos Rico, 51, Van Buren Trail, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 6:51 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 100W, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Brent Monice, 29, Ind. 13, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500.?Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:55 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East?Market and South Cleveland Streets,?Warsaw. Car hit a light pole. Driver: Bernard Kuczika, 77, South Julian Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

Incidents 
• 12:21 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a theft of bicycle in the 500 block of East Center Street. WPD.
