Warsaw Plan Commission approved Dec. 10 a preliminary and final plat for Indiana American Water Corp. subject to the zoning board approving no frontage road would be required for the pump station.
The pump station will be at 907 S. Union St.
The BZA tabled the request at its Dec. 13 meeting to notify adjacent property owners of the proposed lift station.
Board President Bruce Woodward said property owners have been notified of the pump station and there were no complaints.
Chris Harrison, Indiana American Water operations manager, said the station will improve water pressure south of town.
Also during the meeting, 2008 officers were elected. Woodward will serve as president and Tom Heuer will serve as vice president.
