Lori Method and Norm Metzger, both of Warsaw, announce the engagement of their son, Michael Metzger, to Lori Zimmermann. She is the daughter of Kathy and Ken Zimmermann, Indianapolis. The bride-to-be is an orchestra teacher in Harford County, Md. She graduated from North Central High School, Indianapolis, and Ball State University, Muncie. The groom-elect is operations manager in Reisterstown, Md. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School and Ball State University. The couple plan an Aug. 4, 2012, wedding.
