SYRACUSE – Zackary Scott “Zack” Allen, 18, Syracuse, passed away at 11:52 a.m. July 23, 2016, in Warsaw.
He was born May 24, 1998, in Columbia City, to Todd Allen and Kimberly D. Bruner.
He attended grade school in Pierceton and graduated in June 2016 from Wawasee High School, Syracuse. He moved to the Syracuse area seven years ago from Pierceton.
Surviving are his mother, Kimberly Allen, Pierceton; father and stepmother, Todd (and spouse Kristina) Allen, Syracuse; maternal grandparents, Cheryl (and spouse Charlie) Dolbee, Warsaw, and Melvin Bruner, Pierceton; a sister, Cassie Frantz, Warsaw; three brothers: Dylan Pratt, Austin and Zach Allen, all of Pierceton; a stepsister, Tiffany Miller, Twinsburg, Ohio; two stepbrothers, Brandon Miller, Syracuse, and Michael Miller, Twinsburg, Ohio; step-grandparents, Jon and Mary Ellen Weyhe, Valparaiso; and step-great-grandparents, George and Sandy Weimer, Cromwell. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, George Coon and Linda Lou Little, and a stepsister, Ashley James.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse.
