NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by National Fellowship of Brethren Retirement Homes, Inc., as agent for New Horizon Community Church, Inc., requesting the rezoning from institutional to residential of property commonly known as 1300 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, Indiana and legally described as follows:
    Part of the East One-half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range Six (6) East, lying South of the center line of the Wooster Road, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
    Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said Section, Township and Range, with the center line of Wooster Road; thence North Seventy (70) degrees, Twenty-four (24) minutes West on the center line of said Road Five Hundred Thirty-six (536) feet; thence South One Thousand Seventy-four and 3/10 (1,074.3) feet; thence East on a line parallel with the South line of said Section to the East line of said Section; thence North on the East line of said Section to the Place of Beginning.
    The hearing will be held at the Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana on the 9th day of June, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.  All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.   Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town
Offices no later than noon on the day of the hearing.

Lehman Receives 8-Year Sentence For Conspiracy To Commit Murder
ALBION - For his involvement in the murder of Laurel Jean Mitchell in 1975, John W. Lehman, 69, Auburn, was sentenced Friday to eight years in the Indiana Department of Corrections on the charge of conspiracy to commit murder, a Class A felony.
