NORTH WEBSTER – William R. “Bill” Flynn, 81, Syracuse, passed away at 10:58 a.m. April 3, 2015, at I.U. Goshen Hospital.
He was born Feb. 5, 1934, in North Webster, to Vern and Cathryn Angel Flynn. He was married to Frances Flynn, who survives.
He was a lifetime North Webster area resident and attended North Webster public schools. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Dalton Foundry and R.R. Donelley, both of Warsaw, after several years of service.
He was a member of the North Webster Church of God and former member of the American Legion Post #253, North Webster.
Also surviving are two sons, Greg and Rick Flynn, both of Syracuse; and two grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Mock Addition of North Webster Cemetery with Pastor Brad Cox of the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel officiating. Military services will be conducted by the North Webster American Legion Post #253.
Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, Ind. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster.
