William Clayton Yates, 53, of 730 E. Center St., Warsaw, died at 10 a.m. Dec. 3, 2009, in his residence.

He was born Jan. 9, 1956, in Buchanan, Va., to Elster and Louise Baucum Yates.

He lived in Warsaw for the past seven years and was a stocker at a retail grocery store.

A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Salvation Army Worship & Community Center, Warsaw, with Ken Locke officiating.

No calling is planned.

Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.

Warsaw City Council Continues Discussion On Downtown Parking Changes
A soft rollout of the new downtown Warsaw parking technology and ordinances could come as early as August, with the official rollout in the fall.
