NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Whitko Community School Corporation will receive bids for one (1) 84-passenger school bus, and one (1) 14-passenger school bus. Bids will be accepted at the Whitko Administration Office, 432 So. First Street, State Road 13, Pierceton, Indiana 46562 at 12:15 P.M. on Friday, November 12,2010, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Specifications are on file in the Administration Office and may be secured, with prescribed forms, upon request. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality. Specifications are available at the Administration Office. Bids must be submitted on Form 95 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. A 5% bid bond must be included.
