(1) Evaluation Criteria - Scope and Sequence of the activities offered to students - Qualifications of Program Implementers - Schedule of fees charged to parents / caregivers.
(2) All other evaluation criteria being equal, the cost to parents / caregivers for the program will be the determining factor
(3) Evidence of financial responsibility must accompany the proposal.
(4) Discussion may be conducted with the responsible parties who submit proposals to help determine selection.
Proposals will be accepted until close of business on September 1, 2011. Proposals should be addressed to Tom McFarland, Director of Financial Operations, Whitko Community School Corporation, P.O. Box 114, Pierceton, Indiana 46562.
