NOTICE TO BIDDERS
December 4, 2012
    Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Whitko Community School Corporation will receive bids for two (2) 72 passenger school buses and one (1) Handicap bus. Bids will be accepted at the Whitko Administration Office, 432 S. First Street, State Road 13, Pierceton, Indiana 46562 at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Specifications are on file in the Administration Office and may be secured, with prescribed forms, upon request. Bids must be submitted on Form 95 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. A 5% bid bond must be included.
    The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality.
