Kevin and Gayle Westover, Leesburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Westover, Dublin, Ohio, to Andrew Richer, Dublin. He is the son of Steve and Sue Richer, Wauseon, Ohio.

The bride-to-be is a hair designer at LifeSpa, Dublin. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2005, and graduated from Ambers Cosmetology School, Muncie, in 2006.

The groom-elect is a design engineer at Greenville Technology, Marysville, Ohio. He graduated from Wauseon (Ohio) High School in 2004, and earned a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, in 2009.

The couple plan a Dec. 11, 2010, wedding.
