Wells Family Benefit Set Saturday

A motorcycle benefit ride is planned Saturday for William Wells' family.

Wells, 32, of Claypool, was killed in September when his Harley Davidson struck the back of a pickup on Ind. 15 near Leesburg.

Hanks Tattoo is planning the benefit ride in memory of Wells. The poker run starts at 207 E. Harrison St., Claypool, at 11 a.m. and motorcycles will leave at noon.

Bike riders and cars also are invited to participate. To enter motorcycles the cost is $10, and $5 extra for passengers and $20 per car load.

The winner of the poker run wins a tattoo party for the day. Up to eight people will have the chance for free work depending on the size of the tattoos.

The day also will include music, Hernandez cooking fajitas, prizes raffled, a 50/50 drawing, gift certificates will be handed out for money off tattoos and free piercings will be done during the day.
