WCHS, WACC to Hold Open House

Warsaw Community High School and Warsaw Area Career Center will host an open house and program showcase Jan. 11 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Parents and students are invited to attend this event to learn more about educational opportunities available.

There will be hands-on demonstrations that will provide students with an opportunity to experience part of the curriculum. Student work will be on display.

This is a chance to see what is going on inside the classrooms throughout the high school and career center.

There will be an eighth-grade orientation parent meeting, tour and program showcase from 6 to 8 p.m.

Transitioning from middle school to high school is a big step. Parents and students are invited to take this opportunity to walk the halls, to review the programs, and to talk with teachers.

WCHS’s goal is to increase understanding of program opportunities as families begin to plan for the high school years.

Also on Jan. 11, Kosciusko County Community Foundation will hosti a 7 p.m. financial aid meeting in the WCHS Performing Arts Center.
