Wawasee VB Coach Steps Down

Wawasee head volleyball coach Chris Cole resigned his position with the team on Friday, according to a press release from Warrior athletic director Steve Wiktorowski.
The release said Cole stepped down for health reasons.
Ryan Edgar has been named the interim coach, and Becca Snider will now be the volunteer assistant. After the season the hiring process for a full-time replacement for the 2016 season will begin.

Golf Matches Postponed
Three golf matches were cancelled on Tuesday. Northridge and John Glenn at Tippecanoe Valley was rained out and will be made up Sept. 18. Triton and West Central at North Judson were never started due to concerns about the weather. Elkhart Central and Fairfield at Wawasee was cancelled due to a conflict with Central and Fairfield only having three players.
