Notice is hereby given, that the Board of School Trustees of Wawasee Community School Corporation (“Owner”) will until the hour of 2:00 p.m. (local time) on June 7, 2012, at the Administrative Office of said corporation, Syracuse, Indiana, accept proposals for the following:
Capital Lease of Kuno 3 Equipment
Financial Institutions interested in submitting a response to this Request for Proposal may obtain the instructions from the Office of the Superintendent at the above address. Proposals shall be in sealed envelopes, marked with the name and place of business of the Financial Institution, and clearly identify Wawasee Community School Corporation, Capital Lease (Kuno 3 Equipment) – Summer 2012. On June 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) proposals will be opened in public and read aloud in the School Board’s Meeting Room in the Administrative Office by the Owner. Proposals received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Proposals are to be submitted on the Proposal Form as provided in this Request for Proposal Document and submit a properly signed Affidavit of Non-Collusion.
The Contract will be awarded at the regular meeting of the Board of School Trustees of the Wawasee Community School Corporation, convening at 5:30 p.m. on June 12, 2012, to the lowest responsible proposal from a financial institution complying with the conditions of these instructions, provided the proposal is reasonable, and in the best interest of the Owner to accept it. The Owner; however; reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and waive any informality in proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Owner
