NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
    The City of Warsaw-Wayne Township Fire Department of 2204 East Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lot 2 Warsaw-Wayne South Side Fire Station Site Preparation located north of County Road 200 South approximately 1,450 feet west of County Farm Road. Run-off from the project site is tributary to the AJ Wiltrout Drain. Questions or comments should be directed to James Emans at the above mentioned address.
