Warsaw-Wayne Fire Battalion Chief to Retire

The Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory announced the retirement of Battalion Chief Ed Kipker.
Kipker will retire March 30 following 35 years of distinguished service and commitment to the community, according to a press release from the Territory. Kipker started with the Warsaw Fire Department March 1, 1981.
