Warsaw head volleyball coach Mike Howard announced his resignation from his position with the Lady Tigers' program, sharing this decision with his team at Monday night's team awards ceremony.
Howard guided the Tigers for eight seasons, twice earning Northern Lakes Conference Coach of the Year honors, and Warsaw compiled an impressive 206-58 mark and two NLC titles from 2008 to this past season.
The Tiger coach had 32 All-Northern Lakes Conference players during his tenure, and 10 players went on to play volleyball at the collegiate level.
“We appreciate Coach Howard’s dedication and the passion for Tiger Athletics and the volleyball program,” said Dave Anson, Warsaw Athletic Director. “Coach Howard and his staff have year-in and year-out prepared our players to play at a high level and they have been outstanding representatives of WCHS and our community.”[[In-content Ad]]
