NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA,
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT
TO THE DECLARATORY RESOLUTION AND THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
WARSAW CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) will hold a public hearing on a proposed resolution (the “Resolution”) to amend (i) Resolution 90-2-1, adopted by the Commission on February 21, 1990, establishing the Warsaw Central Development Area (the “Area”) (as confirmed by the Commission on October 8, 1990), and (ii) the Redevelopment Plan (the “Plan”) for the Area to expand the boundaries of the Area.
    Notice is further given that the public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at 12:00 p.m. (local time), in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, at which time the Commission will hear all persons interested in the proceedings and consider the objections of any person who has filed a written remonstrance to the proposed amendments within the filing period set forth below and will consider adopting resolutions approving of the amendments.  Written remonstrances to the proposed amendments must be filed with the office of the City Planner located at 794 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, by 11:00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, September 6, 2011.
    The proposed amendments and the Resolution can be inspected during normal business hours in the office of the City Planner located at 794 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
