The plats will be reviewed for Taco Bell and Aspen Dental to be at the northwest corner of CR 300N and Ind. 15N in Warsaw on 2.1 acres of land.

The outlot is west of Kohl’s along Ind. 15N.

The developer began moving dirt this week at the site, and the estimated completion date of Taco Bell and Aspen Dental is in November, according to Jeremy Skinner, Warsaw city planner.
