INVITATION FOR BIDS TO LEASE FARM GROUND
    The Board of Aviation Commissioners is accepting bids to lease one 43 (+/-) acre and one 62 (+/-) acre plot of farm ground at the Warsaw Municipal Airport for a period of three (3) years beginning January 1, 2015 and ending December 31, 2017.  Copies of the proposed lease, description of the land being leased, and Instructions to Bidders are available from the Manager at the Warsaw Municipal Airport, 3000 N Airport Rd, Warsaw, IN 46582, telephone 574.269.1337. Deadline to submit bids for each parcel to the airport manager is December 9, 2014 at 5:15 p.m. Sealed bids will be opened at the terminal building of the Warsaw Municipal Airport at that time.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with persons interested in farming the property following the opening of bids.
