Warsaw Man Arrested On Drug Charge, Theft

According to a press release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person at approximately 7 a.m. Friday at Green Acres Mobile Home Park.
Officers arrived and located a male subject inside a shed, later identified as Michael Ryan Nelson, 26, Warsaw.
Nelson was found to have in his possession finished methamphetamine. Also located in the shed was a mo-ped that was later determined to be stolen.
Officers originally believed that there was a secondary subject involved but terminated that search.
Nelson was arrested and preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine near a public park/access area, as well as theft. He is currently being held on a $2,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.[[In-content Ad]]
