Warsaw Library Adds May Computer Basics Classes

Due to continuing demand and unemployment, Warsaw Community Public Library has added more computer classes to its schedule.

A one-session Microsoft Word lab will be Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; a Basic Internet Lab will be May 13 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; and an Online Resources workshop will be May 21 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

The Microsoft Word Lab and Basic Internet class will offer the opportunity for patrons to come in, ask questions and get help with their Word and Internet problems.

The Online Resources workshop will include a demonstration of WCPL's online subscription databases including auto repair center, home improvement center, legal forms, genealogy, magazine index, Newsbank, Price It! and more.

Registration is required for all computer workshops and can be taken 14 days in advance. Persons can register at the adult reference desk or online at www.warsawlibrary.org[[In-content Ad]]Attendees must give a 24-hour cancellation notice to allow others on the waiting list to attend.
