NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF WARSAW COMMUNITY PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Warsaw Community Public Library, Kosciusko County, that the library Board will meet at 310 E. Main St., Warsaw on Monday, April 13, 2009 at 4:00 pm for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a Library Capital Projects Fund and a proposed plan under IC 36-12-12.
